    1. $10,000,000 General Obligation School Bonds, Series 2017
      1. Resolution Appointing Paying Agent, Bond Registrar, and Transfer Agent.  Approving the Paying Agent, Bond Registrar, and Transfer Agent Agreement and Authorizing the Execution of Same. 
      2. Approval of form of Tax Exemption Certificate
      3. Approval of Continuing Disclosure Certificate
      4. Resolution Amending the Resolution Authorizing the Issuance of Approximately $10,000,000 General Obligation School Bonds, 2017, and Levying a Tax for the Payment Thereof. 
    2. Approve increasing amount of money in our depository to allow for bond receipts
    3. Adding a Multi-occupational Careers Program at the high school
    4. Approve Soccer Sharing Agreement with Charles City
    5. Approve salary increases for contracted support staff
    6. Approve contracts and salary increases for administrators
    7. Approve Meal Prices for 2017-2018 school year
    8. Approve AEA purchasing agreement
    9. Paint bids for the DOT Garage
    10. Update on Fire Marshal’s report
    11. Update on the facilities Project
    12. Approve Second payment to FCMG
    13. Set date and time for superintendent’s evaluation
