          i. Add for Helical Piers                                                        $55,430
         II. Add for Wood Landings and Door Drainage Issue          $  2,760
         iii. Deduct to change sliding door manufacturer                 -$  8,780
         iv. Deduct not painting duct work in rms. 301, 416, 502     -$  3,755
          v. Add to move buried manhole and lines not on survey    $21,869
         vi. Total for change order is $67,524
     b. Review/Approve alternative depository for bond funds
 
V. Closed session for Superintendent's Annual Evaluation
  1. Per Iowa Code Chapter 21.5(l)(i) a school board may enter closed session “To evaluate the professional competency of an individual whose appointment, hiring, performance, or discharge is being considered when closed session is necessary to prevent needless and irreparable injury to that individual’s reputation and that individual requests a closed session.”
